Gomer Junior School said a fond farewell to Mr Williams today. After 6 and a half happy and successful years as the school’s head teacher, Mr Williams is ready to face a new challenge at a new school.
Over the course of his final day, children and staff were able to pass on their best wishes and enjoy the celebrations.

Mr Williams enjoyed an assembly dedicated to his time at Gomer Junior School. Several children had prepared photo presentations and songs to sing for Mr Williams. The staff treated him to a short passage from ‘The Wombles’ (ask the children!) and the whole school joined in with a flash mob style dance!

Finally, the whole school once again came together in the afternoon for yet more dancing and had another opportunity to say their farewells.

Good luck Mr Williams, you will be greatly missed!
