On Tuesday the Gomer Girls football team took to the pitch for their third match. They were attempting to defend a 100% record achieved by previous wins against Woodcot and Siskin. The match against Grange Junior would provide a stern test as the school is renowned for turning out strong teams. However, under the watchful coaching eyes of Mrs Lethbridge and Mr Allen, Grange were swept aside as Gomer came out 3-1 winners. Many congratulations to the whole team and especially hat-trick hero Tanisha. Go Gomer!
