It is lovely that the children are out and about enjoying the sunny weather. We have been reminding children in school of how to stay safe in the sun. We welcome children coming to school with a sun hat and their water bottle. On sunny days, please have your child apply some sun-scream ahead of the school day. They can reapply at school – especially for break-times and PE. We will encourage them to spend some time in the shade of our trees but for those who like full-on activity the other measures will help to keep them cool and sun safe.
