With 750 people of the Gomer Community attending our Firework Spectacular this year, our jointly run event between the FROGJS and POGOS was a huge success. As always, Andrew from Glitter Events provided a superbly vibrant and full display. Thank you Andrew.
This was the first year we had music playing alongside the show and we have already received lots of positive feedback about this. Responding to feedback from last year, we had three food and drink stations which enabled everyone to be served in a timely fashion. The ‘glo’ sold looked fabulous in the dark.  This event would not be possible without a team of people to organise it and run it – this starts with an application to the council to selling food and drink on the night. A big thank you to Team Gomer for marshalling the event and keeping us safe and to the GFM Academy Trust  for providing discreet security. FROGJS and POGOS organised themselves well to sell tickets ahead of the event and provide refreshments on the night. Totals regarding sales to be revealed soon.
The Firework Spectacular was a super community event. We enjoyed last night so much we are already booked for November 2018. Go Gomer!
