Yesterday, our House Captains (blue, green, red and yellow) and Student Council representatives, worked together to plan and present our house assemblies for this half term (today was the first one – 3 more to go). Together they chose four athletes they consider inspiring. They started the assembly by asking each House Team to consider what ‘sportsmanship’ means to them and sharing a little bit about these inspiring athletes. The House Teams were then asked to consider what character traits these athletes possess, that allow them to be so successful.

It is great to see the children leading some of our character development programme across the school – Go Gomer!
