We were delighted that the St. Mary’s Church ‘Open the Book’ Team joined us for our Collective Worship yesterday. Half-termly, the volunteers, with the help of Y3 and Y4, retell different stories from the Bible. Yesterday, we learned about the parable of the loaves and fishes in which the miracle of Jesus feeding thousands is told. The message reminded us that we can do so much with so little if we really focus – we reflected as a school, on how much we aim to help each other and those in our local, national and global community with small acts of kindness.
