The Friends of Stanley Park invited our school choir (they have been in huge demand this month) to sing at their Annual Christmas Carols at the Alverbank Hotel (which looked especially stunning decorated for Christmas). The children ‘warmed up’ at the St. Mary’s Church Tree Festival at lunchtime and maintained their festive sparkle for the afternoon performances. They were delighted to sing next to Father Christmas and were further pleased that Alverstoke Junior also joined us this year. All who attended enjoyed a beautiful evening of carols and festive fun to raise funds for the super Stanley Park. A big THANK YOU to Mrs Gardner for organising their children during the day and for conducting them so beautifully and being so giving of her time. Mrs Digby and Mrs Mulhall felt super proud of the children who represented the school superbly.
