Saturday was Armed Forces Day.  King’s Academy Gomer would like to extend their appreciation to the men and women who are serving in the Armed Forces community and to our veterans too. We are aware that a lot of our cadets will be participating in activities today and are delighted they are proud to wear their uniforms. A particular thank you to our Service Families in our school community and thinking of those who are currently away on deployment. Last week, during Service Club on Tuesday, the children had lunch at a special ‘top table’ and took time to think our own Service families and Service Families all around the the globe.
