Our Service Club, led by the super Miss Hall, is an important part of our school, bringing children together to make a difference and support our service community. They meet every Tuesday lunchtime, and all children who are from Service Families are welcome to join our lovely little group!
The children have enjoyed catching up after the half-term break, sharing stories about what they have been up to. It was great to reconnect and hear about everyone’s adventures! The children also took some time to discuss exciting future activities that we’d love to see happen—our club is always full of brilliant ideas!
One key topic of conversation was April, the Month of the Military Child. Many children were not aware of this important occasion, which recognises the unique experiences of children in military families. We are looking forward to learning more and finding ways to show our support in the coming weeks.
If you’d like to be part of this welcoming and supportive community, come along on Tuesdays at lunchtime—we’d love to see all our children of service families you there!
