In the first few weeks of Coding Club, we have been busy mastering our block coding skills on Scratch by creating some fun and challenging games like a Super Mario-style adventure, Whack-A-Mole, and even Pac-Man! Now that we’re coding pros, we’ve moved on to something even more exciting—programming the Ollies. This week, our budding coders worked in pairs to guide the Ollies on a journey to an ‘island’ and back, before taking on even bigger challenges like visiting islands of different colours. It’s been a fantastic opportunity to apply our coding skills in a whole new way. We are incredibly fortunate to have all this amazing equipment, and we can’t wait to see what else we’ll explore in Coding Club as the year unfolds. Stay tuned for more coding adventures!
