GClub is led by Mrs Case who is incredibly experienced in this field. She is ably supported by Mrs Miles-Williams and Mrs Shadbolt. The team look forward to welcoming you and your child to our friendly and caring wrap-around care. We politely request that you drop children at the school hall back door which is where you are to collect your child also.

What We Do

Our GClub (breakfast and after school) is committed to providing high-quality, child-centred care at affordable prices to align to the needs of our families. All Gomer Junior pupils are welcome to attend. Currently, we do not cater for younger or older siblings and children from Bay House and Gomer Infant School. Our clubs offer:

  • varied daily activities
  • caring staff who are known to the children across the school
  • a fortnightly menu
  • an age-appropriate and inclusive environment that meets a range of needs

To secure a place for your child, please access your Tucasi (the app is called Scopay) account and book your sessions. Your booking registers your child with the club. Once a session is ‘full’ you will be unable to book a place and any sessions are not confirmed until they are paid for. Please do not drop off your child to GClub without booking.

Childcare Vouchers


Tax Free ChildCare (TFC) 

  • Parent/carers need to register for this on the Government website
  • Once they are registered they will receive a unique reference number for their child 
  • KGA Gomer provider number is 144093 Laited under  GOMER JUNIOR, PO12 2RP (our new school name has not yet replaced our old name)
  • Provide this Unique reference number to KGA Gomer so this can be added to Scopay, The finance team will confirm when this has been done.
  • Sessions can then be booked without the need for upfront payment
  • Regular transfers take place from their childcare account to our Bank account to cover the sessions booked, once the funds have been received the finance team will then add this payment to ScoPay.

For Service children this comes under the Tax Free Childcare Vouchers (TFC) and they will need to follow the above steps.

We are able to accept payments from other Childcare Voucher Schemes,

  • Parent/Carers to confirm the Childcare Voucher provider  they are using
  • The Finance team will contact the parent/carer to provide our reference number for the chosen provider.
  • ScoPay will be updated with this information, The finance team will confirm when this has been done.
  • Sessions can then be booked without the need for upfront payment
  • Regular transfers take place from their childcare account to our Bank account to cover the sessions booked, once the funds have been received the finance team will then add this payment to ScoPay.
