This morning, our School Council met to design bright and eye-catching posters to promote our Type Onesie Day on Thursday, 23 January. The children are excited to be leading this fundraiser and have taken real pride in helping to raise awareness and encourage participation across our school community.

We are grateful to the children for their enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to making a positive difference. Their leadership and teamwork are a wonderful example of our values in action.

Looking ahead, the School Council are already full of ideas and are excited to begin planning their next fundraising event. This is Red Nose Day in March, so watch this space! We are also mindful of the importance of managing fundraising in a way that feels positive and accessible for all families. To support this, for Red Nose Day we will just be ordering red noses for children to purchase ahead of and wear on the day. There will be no additional requests made of families, and participation will always be optional.
