As we approach the end of term, we want to give a huge shout-out and thank you to two incredible members of our school community: Janine, our long-standing FROGS (PTA) Chair, and Emma, our super-efficient Treasurer.

Janine and Emma have been the driving force behind FROGS for many years. With unwavering enthusiasm and tireless energy, they have led the planning and delivery of countless school events; from discos, fireworks displays and the Special Man and Special Lady gift sales, to Christmas and Summer Fairs, and much more. Their dedication has helped raise thousands of pounds for our school.

Thanks to their efforts and the support of many wonderful parents across the school, our children have benefited from fantastic extras that the school budget simply couldn’t stretch to. Most recently, they funded 15 brand-new iPads and a charging trolley, supporting learning across the school.

With their children moving on to secondary school, Janine and Emma will be stepping down at the end of this term. We are so grateful for everything they have done and know they will be greatly missed. They are pictured here at our recent Special Man gift sale, still smiling, still giving their all!

Thank you, Janine and Emma for your time, creativity, commitment and heart. You have left a legacy to be proud of.

As we look ahead, we are keen to continue the amazing work they’ve started. At present, no-one has stepped forward to take on the FROGS leadership. If you’re interested in helping out, we would love to hear from you. Together, we can keep this wonderful tradition going for future Gomer families.
