Friday of last week welcomed us with a ‘crisp’ and beautifully sunny morning. This was the perfect backdrop for our autumn term Groundforce Day. Coats and hats were certainly needed!

Children and their adults rolled up their sleeves and got to work across our grounds, making a tremendous impact. From clearing, planting and tidying to refreshing key spaces, their efforts have helped us look wonderful as we move towards spring. The difference made in just one morning has been remarkable, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed their time and energy.

For those not gardening, the morning was equally buzzing with outdoor learning. Pupils enjoyed a fantastic range of activities including den building, fire-pit fun, Christmas decoration making, hands-on maths challenges, and more.

A huge thank you to our whole community for making Groundforce Day such a success. Go Gomer!
