Mrs Wheal’s Art Club has been getting creative while learning about traditional Aboriginal art techniques. The children explored the use of animal silhouettes and discovered how Aboriginal artists often use repeated dot patterns to create striking designs and tell stories through art.
Using careful dotting techniques, the pupils created beautiful colourful pieces inspired by this unique artistic style. The repetitive patterns required patience, concentration and fantastic attention to detail, and the finished artwork looks absolutely amazing.
Well done to everyone involved for showing such creativity and care in your designs. We are sure you will agree that the artwork is stunning!
