This week, we were delighted to welcome a fantastic team of volunteers from HMS Sultan, who generously gave up a day to support our school community and work with Mr Guest.

Supervised by one of our wonderful service dads, the team spent the day tackling a wide range of jobs, including sorting, painting and organising different areas of the school. Their hard work has helped us make great progress with spaces that needed some attention before the end of the academic year and has also ensured we are well prepared for welcoming everyone back in September.

Volunteering plays such an important role in strengthening communities. Giving time, skills and enthusiasm to support others makes a real difference, and our pupils have seen first-hand the positive impact that volunteering can have. It is a wonderful example of service, teamwork and community spirit in action.

As a school, we are incredibly grateful for the support of our local service community. It was a real pleasure to welcome the HMS Sultan team into school. We hope they enjoyed their day with us as much as we appreciated having them here.
