We are incredibly proud of our pupils, who have raised an outstanding (Gosport and Fareham Inshore Rescue Service). GAFIRS is a local independent lifeboat charity, run almost entirely by volunteers, providing a vital search and rescue service along the Gosport and Fareham coastline. Their crews are on call 24 hours a day to help people in difficulty on the water, making an invaluable contribution to keeping our local community safe. This fundraising total was made possible through the hard work and enthusiasm of our School Council, who organised a hugely successful cake sale and movie afternoon. Their planning, teamwork and commitment, together with the generosity of our families, resulted in a super outcome.

We are so proud of the children for showing such kindness, leadership and community spirit. The money raised will make a real difference and will be put to excellent use by GAFIRS as they continue their lifesaving work. We just hope we never need the help of the GAFIRS but want them to know they have our full support.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, donated, attended and supported these events. Together, we have shown what can be achieved when our school community comes together for a great cause.
