About the Role

Hours: 30 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (term-time only)
Salary Band: KGA Point 2-4 (£23,656 to £24,420 FTE)
Actual Salary: £16,856 gross per annum based on Pt 2
Contract: Permanent

We need someone with:

  • A positive and caring attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for working with children
  • A good level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE C+ or equivalent)
  • Reliability, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll be working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure our learners feel included, supported, and ready to achieve their best.
